Daft Punk is but so far the song that is out kind of a disappointment. The idea is kind of cool but they can do so much better, imo. Then again, I didn't like Human After All when I first heard it but after a while it really grew on me. Maybe with a bit of time I'll begin to appreciate this more.
Anyway, I'm really (REALLY) excited for the movie regardless of the theme song. Hopefully there are some other good songs on the soundtrack to make up for it.

Oh goodie. Hollywood exhumes another IP from the 80s, slaps some cheesy CGI on it, over-markets the out of it, and expects Americans to lap up the resulting puddle of nostalgia and fecal juices.

I got quite excited when I first heard about this, I was/still am a massive fan of the original. The trailer looks great as well, can't wait to see the film!
