Jovian Ocean has a very neat melody, the other two didn't say too much to me... they weren't that well eq'ed i think.
Although Jovian Ocean has a neat melody, i think it could need some extra things... some buildups, some pads, some breaks. itonly has one melody and it starts too early into the track i think, there's no expectation of that beautiful melody to be happening right after a good breakdown.
i think it could be better with that hardware ;) but really really nice melody in Jovian Ocean, keep it up! It's gonna be a hit ;)
good luck,

Thanks Wim, well Jovian Ocean was the newest so I guess I'm improving. Maybe I'll remix it, I have a Virus b now :)
I've been downloading some of your tracks and they are very well produced. Really good stuff. |

i was wondering which of your synths you like best ? If you have a favourite, or do they individually play important roles in your studio?

THe Virus b is the best by some way, most of the 1024 presets are excellent. Good for bass and lead sounds + the arp is very good.
The JP 8000 is easy to program but not as powerfull as the Virus. The presets arent very good. I mainly use it for saw wave type lead sounds.
I havent got to grips with the Supernova. The presets arent very useful. |
