It is the main lead playing , the one that slowly increase in LP filter cutoff , and sounds like some sort of square.
My question is , how do I get that sound? What method should be used? Analog FM/PM or some kind of synthesis method?
Or is it simply Subtractive with distortion applied to it? |

It maybe sounds a bit like a hard-sync lead where one osc is synced to the other, try that |

In Predator , Is that syncing Osc 2 to Osc 1? |

yep
you could also set osc 2 a couple of octaves higher than osc 1 - then use a free envelope to "pitch down" osc 2. Set the env attack so that you can hear the osc syncing to osc 1
edit: listening again i dont know if that will get the sound, ive got predator so will try and create it... |
