DC staple Suneel may have left for NYC, but that doesn't mean that he has abandoned his passion of promoting and progressing dance music. Since his start over a decade ago, Suneel has championed all types of house music, from disco to funky, deep to vocal, and everything in between. Most recently, Suneel joined with longtime collaborator and Electrolife founder Implicit to launch the new Funky House Podcast series on Juno and iTunes. In the series, you can find the duo hand selecting and mixing down the past month’s essential new releases.

The DJ duo have been making a statement up and down the east coast with their blend of electro, progressive, fidget, dubstep, and bmore club sound. Not to mention their appearance. The DJ team’s trademarks are the monster hoodies they wear at each show. Keeping a sense of mystery behind the disguise, the two of them remain an anonymity to the general public. Ibiza Nightclub is located at 1222 First Street NE, off of New York Ave, a block from the McDonald's; and one block from the Red Line stop-Florida Ave & New York Ave/Gallaudet Station. Saturdays fall/winter dress code to be enforced (no shorts, sports jerseys, or sleeveless shirts, no work boots or street sneakers) and is at the discretion of the new management members. In any case, dress to impress.
