It’s a good day for people who are searching for fresh and pounding sounds. Dub Tech Recordings and Lazy Soul have some new treats for you.
Ettore Lentini brings some solid, deep-proggy grooves with his EP Cosa Vostra. A bomb tune with a fat, subby bass-line and tight progressive house percussion, that blend together nicely with some superbly enthralling chords, rolling along and gradually building up exhilaration to introduce a driving and distorted electro lead. Sounds complicated, but effective!
Akin comes an inspiration into a progressive house direction as Alex Hentze makes a magical version of the original mix, adding some well balanced atmospheric pads, a solid deep groove and a bass line filled with a healthy grunge, to give that underground feeling.
