I'm not sure if they're giving a light edition, as I haven't heard of the full edition, but yeah.

It's a chunky processing unit with tube emulation, a gate/expander, compressor, and EQ, among other things.
EDIT: It is indeed a light version. However, they're offering an upgrade special for $99 to get to the full version (Which is priced at $200) so you're getting $80 off, which isn't too bad. I'll give the LE version a try though. The special also comes with a soundbank.
