How to make volume cut/gate effect ?

I have tried many gate plugins.But I could not get the results I want.

try db blue glitch its free.
you dont really need a plugin tho mate, just automate the volume from 0 to 100, in square wave like automations. |

| mgTriggerGate is pretty simple to set up and is free i think. |

do you have a tremolo plugin? set the lfo to a square wave
or use a noise gate, with a hi-hat triggering the side-chain |

I understand that what I really need is retrigger plugin :)MgTriggerGate is very usefull.Db blue glitch gives error many times.
I found some really works well.
