You sound like all the fat people who tell me I'm just thin because I have a fast metabolism. |

ok then, i'll do you one better. Eating like can damage your liver just as much as alcohol. Exercise does not change this.
healthy = / = thin. |

i have a boyfriend who likes sharing the kitchen with me so it's great.
i just come home sooo late. I def try to cook nice meals on the weekend but.. for instance.. mon- thurs for the next 6 weeks i get out of school at 9pm..... I wont get home till 1030. That basically means I am baking some tofu buffalo chicken.. making lettuce wraps.. or eating tuna. Cuz that's the only thing I can eat late at night - nothing too heavy. :(
gotta start stocking up now :( |

Actually not really.. All fatty food is, is extra energy that you need to burn. If you burn it all off then it's not in you anymore, is it? You just have to make sure you burn any excess you take in for your weight/height/age

I don't care for McDonalds but sadly I can almost see it from my front steps. It and surrounding restaurants, probably a dozen or more, are within a five minute walk from my house :p
I wouldn't even know where to begin with your worst case scenario :wtf:
EDIT: make that about 20 restaurants. It's too tempting |
i found it pretty hard to cook when i was living on the east side too. :p
at least there are a lot of healthy options - Ee Sane, Maharaja, Beans & Barley, Hotch-a-Do, Apollo, etc.
i still love fast food but i usually save it for special occasions. my tradition for Taco Bell over the last few years was that i'd only eat it when i was flying through Detroit. but since i'm not doing that regularly anymore i'm going to have to find a new excuse to eat Taco Bell 2-3 times per year. |

living with us, we just got lazy. and too hungover to cook. and too poor. :p
apollo cafe is not that healthy though imo. it's a fail faux-OG-style joint. faux-G, if you will. |

If you're eating two fast food meals a day, your liver probably is going to be ed. Just like if you drink five pints a day. |
