Oh, missed your post, Anthony Lamont, lolz. He isn't a drag queen, he is a man in a dress with a mic(his words). Sorry but he said some funny yesterday and got the crowd going. I have to disagree this time. The funniest- don't touch my bag, I ain't got your crack!

Aystar is laughing because he had beef with him last time, trying to touch his mic and Anthony Lamont had a bitch fit, so funny.

i will agree once in a while he/she says some funny stuff but for the most part it dont shut up
and gets really annoying...i came there to listen to music not a drag queen blabbering over the mic

No doubt! I will seriously consider not attending anymore Dance Here Now events if all of them will have a drag queen MC. I will make sure to ask the next time an event is posted...

You're both really wrong right now. Also, the closed minded attitude is kind of annoying. First of all, as much as Anthony gets to me, he is a fixture in the scene. Second, he isn't a drag queen. I'll have you both know that Queens, club kids, and other characters are an integral part of the EDM scene in NY and they always have been. Unfortunately for them and it isn't fair that there are a lot of incredibly closed minded people that have pushed them out. I love my gays and that won't change. Except when they are being s like at Pacha, there is no problem.

your makeing a big deal out of nothing
all we are saying is that sometimes his voice should not be heard
and it can get a little annoying

I found the MC a little strange at first but when he pulled my friend up on stage, I couldn't help but die of laughter and enjoy his antics (wonder what Lawler thought of him). I thought the set was awesome albeit a little loud.

Overall, it was a fun night...very different from every other time I've seen him in Toronto....but fun none the less.

It has nothing to do with all of that. It has to do with the fact that I am there for the MUSIC not some tool with a microphone (gay or not) making rediculously stupid comments when I'm trying to dance and ruining the vibe.

FYI. Lawler was displeased with the MC as well, but was polite in not asking him to be quiet. And according to him, he will 100% reconsider the offers on the table when it's Santos vs. Pacha on his next round of touring, based on the MC antics of the night.

That is how Dance Here Now and Dance Here Too does their parties. I don't know your source but I don't believe you. Especially considering how many events they have, everyone knows the deal.

My source is Lawler. :D

I guess time will be the proof you need. When you see him booked next round at Pacha you will know why.

You are full of . Steve never asked him to be quiet, in fact, he loved him being there, and it reminded him of old NYC clubs w/ the room setup, sound, lights, and vibe that all of you brought!

We all had an amazing time and you could tell how he was playing that he was comfortable and happy there, because he rocked it for everyone! There was people offering $200 for another track at the end of the night!!

He also said it was like walking out of a club in 1995, and that NYC needs a room w/this sound setup and a party like this!!

I never said Steve asked him to be quiet, but quite the contrary. He was polite and didn't say anything to him. He loved the room and sound but didn't like the MC interupting his set..plain and simple.
