There's something quite dirty about this mix. And that's good.
Bassline isn't living up to expectations though I think. A bit of chorus and even a tiny bit of distortion would transform it into something delightful :p |

| Dude I ing love it, esspecially the bass. Add a clap to give more snap to the snare. Also mess around with some other kicks, I feel like this one isnt working. |

thanks, once again, spot on with the feedback.
something funny, i had a higher end clap that i was using and accidently had it muted in the render, hear it now, nice and filled. changed the kick, this kick is muuuuch more suitable. banginnnnnnnnn

| "Identified" the problem with the bassline. Im using Ableton's MIDI effect, the arpeggiator, with a heavy gate. The MIDI notes are kind of played on top of each other, but the "glide" in Trilogy glides them, instead of playing them all at once. I think i can manually go in and put the bassnotes a bit ahead of time, since once it gets hit by that arpeggiator, the groove on there sets it back too much in time. stay tuned for the updated work. =] |
