Good simple Dj setup for condo

Hello,
I dont dj, but for the condo I bought I would love to have some sort of ipod dj/mixing console to play around with when guests arrive
At first I thought about using mixmeister from laptop connected to my stereo but I would prefer something more dj like |

my GF asked me, what about when we buy our house (we are in the market to pourchase one already) and you cant be too loud, and i said, well i will get be a vestax vci 300 or software and ill plug in my cdj and purchase smaller speakers... tata |
