I'm actually in Dallas on Fri and Houston on Sat. Adultnapper for the win on Sat.
I could give you some suggestions but they'll be far from trance... |

dubstep is ok but Im pretty sure you have to be out of your mind on drugs to really enjoy it, I don't like modern DNB. Nothing can compare to LTJ Bukem and good looking records at least for me...
Making minimal music should be illegal.
take away the 3 minute long beatless buildups / breakdowns in modern trance, bring back the dark, mysterious, soulful, cryptic, inspiring, energetic, ACTUAL ENTRANCING side of it instead of the generic cheesy bull with a random vocalist with a nice rack/ass and a generic plastic sounding melody.... I just cant stomach most modern trance :X anymore
Seems like music is hopeless these days, but houston is ESPECIALLY hopeless...
Thank you mathias and benjamin for not playing minimal or some other dead awful genre! Not sure what type of trance either of you spin, but even if it was ASOT trance, that would be better than the rest of DJ's in houston, lol. |
