Got a preview of Cold Energy/Smoke Signals by 16 Bit Lolitas on Beatport (doubled as a new release). I like :toocool:

I'm pretty "meh" about that one, but there's an upcoming 3 track ep by Roddy Reynaert that's gonna be SIK

Anyways, 16 Bit Lolitas is always a plus in my book. Anjunadeep:01 was excellent, looking forward to this.
Nobody Seems to Care was a perfect opening on 01

In fact, Anjunadeep is pretty solid label all round.
Meh. I'd actually revise my statement and say the 16 Bit Lolitas are on par with Jaytech, but I don't consider them an Anjunadeep act as much.
Nobody Seems To Care was indeed a brilliant opening track on the first compilation. So much so that I stole it for the opening to my Bang It Out mix.

Yeah, Anjunadeep is a surprisingly quality label. I'm sure there are some great tracks on here, but we'll see how it stands as a whole for a mix comp.

With Lassoo, Jody is now signed to the label so that easily shakes things up for "best Anjunadeep artist." His solo career plus collaborative material for the past 20 years is testament to that.

for me, "best *label name* artist" implies the quality of their releases on said label, not all of their releases.

Fair enough. :)
Here's his debut on said label in any case:

Seems like they signed a LOT of new artists. Looking forwards to this.

This looks good as, Jaytech & Michael Cassette rock. Definitely going to hit this up.

I hate Anjunadeep for filling up my cd binder. I'm looking forward to this release.
