other than etienne ozborne the house room sucks the big one
my god i cant believe the lack of originality the organizers have
I mean get a clue of what house music is
david guetta is a tty ty dj more like a posers in front of tables
And FYI bal en blanc cant say they need big names to sell out cause igloofest had no problem getting 4000 plus everynight in sub zero temperatures with good djs that are not commercial

Like it or not, one thing people need to realise is that Bal En Blanc is making a statement
They are looking to attract the younger crowd and the mainstream clientele to make sure the party survives for another 16 years
David Guetta has the biggest tracks in clubs and lmfao are reaching the younger kids
The later you go in the party, the older it gets, especially finishing with Morales
18 - 25s will love that kind of lineup, and they are the ones who will get hooked and come back next year
The trance room is very solid even if some of you don't like Infected Mushroom
Great booking for Sied Van Riel and the other 3 are classics, so no one can really complain for the trance room |

dissapointed in David Guetta returning to this party this year.
Stoked that etienne will open
I personally like Kaskade ("Its you, its me" will always be one of my fav house tracks of all time), but not sure about him at a massive event.

And David Morales is such a pro, that I think he can deliver a good closing set ... it certainly won't be the darkness of victor calderone that we are used to at the end of bal, but change can be good ... David Morales in the wee hours of the morning will be fun |

the trance room i agree is very good the bookings are very good
but those kinds of party are falling far away from what these parties were intended to be and what they used to be
being commercial is not necessarily a good thing !!!
And plus how did igloofest get all these kids to come without david guetta ???
i went and it is by far the best organisation in mtl for electronic music the names were not as commercial and they still managed 4000 plus on average ... and this in the dead of winter
so the story of getting kids hooked is ok but if these kids start thinking that sexy bitch is what electronic music is all about them someday you will be stuck playing only those kinds of tracks and that would be a shame
kudos to piknik for keeping electronic music, alive kudos to circus and stereo as well |

Opera may be dead, apparently, but will be brought back to life again in the house room. Bal en Giant nightclub. Will they be serving Grey Goose in the VIP section now? :p
Great for ticket sales but not so great for leaving a lasting impression with the n00bs. I remember newbies even saying how Guetta was the worse dj back in 2007, that's how bad he is.

it is so bad this year the only ones defending that house room are the ones working for/with BeB :p
regarding Igloo, don't think it would get that size of crowd at $100 a pop. |
