I'm not an expert, but what sort of advice are you looking for?
goodtime
is the bass loud enough?
tehlord
No not really.

I think that's because everything seems to be coming straigt down the middle. Try panning a few percussion elements and synth lines left and right a bit to create some space for all the different sounds.

is it possible for a sound in the middle to be too loud and take away the stereo???????????? PLEASSE HEEELLLLLLLLP!!
Le_SDT-PsyC
of coarse, since the sound in the middle use the same speakers as any other sound (stereo or not) :P

but I'm not sure I understood your question at 100% hehe
sorry if this wasn't the answer you were looking for.

IMMO Man u need to use pre master EQ , limiting and compression if you dont want same frequencies to devour themselves. HQ instruments ad VST are easier to master in the end. The worst quality you have from the instrument the more it get complicated when you add something new. If ya want good bass experiment with pich a lot EQ it compress it try putting some slight panned delay (making stereo like if you using volume and timing right) little reeverb or flanger.
And EQ everything everytime.
IF you use some base crap VST's or low quality samples it will be hard to make it good anyway.
Hope i helped you a bit.
