Not intentionally. Just in my mind, Skull candy and big emo/goth chicks go hand in hand. |

I rock the Shure E3C's for the gym. Excellent sound, keeps me sufficiently pumped.
Every year buy a pair at Best Buy, switch out my old ones, return them for a full refund, and keep the freshies :D | :stongue: :stongue: that. is. amazing. |

Floyd, what'd you recommend for some earbuds? I need some new ones, I'm sick of apple ones falling apart every couple months. |
Sennheiser CX300. Don't even bother reading up on them, just go to the store and buy them. Less than $100. |

Some people like things that look good over things that are actually quality. Skullcandy is crap...I also tried the Dr Dre Earphones for kicks not too long ago, and I was astounded that they would charge what they do for such a crappy product.
I'll stick with these:

| I like dr dre, a little heavy on the bass, but very comfortable. yes, my jaw dropped when i saw the price. In addition, I didn't like that you need to feed it batteries. |

Only people I ever see sporting SkullCandy are broke teenagers who don't know any better. That said, I'd probably have picked up a pair had they been around back in the day, as my headphone evolution is pretty typical in terms of financial capability:
Koss ----> Sony ----> Sennheiser
There's no life after Senns. Well, maybe those electrostatic $2K types... |

I love Sennheisers dearly. But there are brands that can give them a serious run for their money. |
