I remember once my old boss (overweight, 36 years old, short, Iranian) was telling me about a random girl he started chatting up. Keep in mind this girl was a complete stranger and he would never see her again, unless she gave him her contact details. This is how it went down...
"I asked for her number and she said she's not really comfortable with giving her number out..."
At this point I'm trying not to explode in a fit of laughter, but then he says...
"...I think she's playing hard to get."

"I think she works at the art gallery, so I might just stop past there next Friday and try again."
