For months the RCA booth out of my mixer had a hiss sound that was driving me crazy. It wasn't a ground loop. I tried different cables and still nothing helped.
Finally took a chance on a product called Whirlwind PCDI. Was about $100 usd. But it worked. It's completele got rid of the noise and it converts RCA unbalanced to xlr balanced signal. Freaking awesome!
It's a passive box too so it doesn't need electricity. |
