I generally use Dave Seaman's 1996 EM. 135ish tempo throughout with few breakdowns across two hours.

I prefer to work out to whatever the hell will drown out the same few songs over and over again they play at my gym (Lady Gaga, Finger Eleven, Rocco's "Imma Do Me", etc). Usually I use TA sets, Jack Moss "Bang It Out" was on last time I went.
