Since it is no use trying to price everything in US dollars since Australian Dollar are worth nothing, Euros may be close but salaries vary from country to country in Europe, Third World countries like mine donīt have a strong currency, I SAY : Letīs hear from ALL TAs how many cans of Coke from a soft-drinks machine equal to the price of a vinyl?
PS. The price of a softdrinks machine is important to define the average cost.
And in Brazil, 35x to 30x Cans of Coke, or Light Coke as I prefer, equal to the price of a brand new vinyl. |

hey, in economics they sometimes use something called the "big mac index"
here in germany, on vinyl is equal to the price of 2,5 big macs ;) |

I know this big-mac thing, but I really donīt know how much do they cost here without the promotion. So as I knew how much a can of coke costed and I think pretty much everybody knows so I wanted to make this forum just of Cans of Coke. If you want post the Big-Macs value too, but donīt leave without the coke value.

| well nowadays coke machines give you plastic bottled coke which runs about .75 - $1.00, so im gonna go with about 12 plastic bottles of coke is the price for new vinyl. |

10/11 per vinyl considering regular portuguese online shops such as bimotor or worldmusic, cdgo is pretty cheaper but takes like a month to deliver. it is also the only to have trance
there's not a single vinyl store on this island, it has to be sent online. all that bull i wrote above about portuguese stores makes it tempting to import from juno/chemical/only-djs but the shipping costs can cost A LOT, unless you buy like packages of 10 on chemical or only-djs
now translating that to cokes.. uhh.. i think it's around 1 a can.. so that's gotta be like 12, 13 cokes.. the cans are a little bit expensive too |

yeah it does, thats why this system is even worse! americans get coke for next to nothing for one. secondly in the north of the UK you can get a can of coke for about 35-50p here in newcastle where as in london it costs anything up to Ģ1 so this system i . use a currency converter on the internet.
and why brign up such an old thread?! |

well as i'm fond of trance and as in france it's not famou si have to buy in foreign countries and i have to pay a lot of shipping.
i fi buyt a record in france it cost approximately 9 and if i buy foreign it's about 13. and in france there's nothing so i'd say 13 |
