Struggling with creating this arp sequence....

I feel so dumb asking this, but for some reason I just can't get this down. Nothing special but I really love the sinking feel it has to it. Nice rich saw with the filter opening as the arp sinks and then bam. It's not uncommon as I've heard similar arp sequencers but have never heard one like this. I really like this one and think it would sound even better with a little more release on the amp envelope.
FWIW, I am using Ableton's arp.
