Hey, that is a good idea. They will eventually get married, they'll make Chinese society more diverse... and they'll learn to drink terrible beer, so there's a prosperous market for this otherwise unsellable good :D |

I think I have just solved the population control issue. A solution that will not only keep population control in check, but will also assist the human race in our evolution (that's right creationists, evolution).
When people are allowed to leave school, they must be given an IQ test. If you score an IQ of over 120, you are allowed to enter society and reproduce. If you score less than 120, you have your testicles removed or your vagina filled in with some form of human-friendly cement.
No more gender specific abortions and less stupid people. Problem solved.
