Its not much of a trip seeing as I live 10 Minutes from downtown Buffalo... And I have heard some of his sets, nothing to write home to mom about |

his sets that he puts out are nothing like seeing him live. i have all the sets hes put out and i agree with u. u cant get a glimpse of what JP is like live from his hour or so sets. anyone who has seen him even once live would agree. |

bigger names??!! your posting this in a jonathan peters event! this is BUFFALO.
the list factory has brought here has superstars from every genre of edm, trance, electro, tribal, progressive..everything. and no show has been over what like 15 dollars! you really need to understand how much factory has done for our city. before brian was throwing these events there was NOTHING in buffalo.
in toronto you have a real scene where you can bring in more underground talent and enough people will know who they are and come out and pay whatever. you cant do that in buffalo, you need to get people here that have a crossover hit or some kind of mass appeal. Not only that but you need to find acts that are cheap enough to be able to charge 10 or 15 bucks to get in. no one in buffalo is gona pay $40 to see a dj it just wont ever happen here.
someone like digweed for example would be a siiick show for sure but he charges so much that you would have to charge insane amounts of money per person and the place would have to be rammed just to break even.
oh!and theres always good house getting played in the white room :) |
