Patients will be issued ID cards by the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services and may designate a registered caregiver to assist in obtaining marijuana. Uniquely among the 14 Medical Marijuana States, New Jersey will prohibit home cultivation of marijuana.

| don't smoke, but I'm COMPLETELY for getting aid for people with cruel illnesses who would really gain from this. <3 hope people don't it up. |

Didn't there used to be an ad campaign that went something like, "When you smoke weed, you're supporting the terrorists." :conf: :conf:
So essentially, weed is okay as long as the state is your dealer. But it's not okay from other suppliers. This country is so full of it sometimes (read; most of the time). I don't even smoke anymore, but lets cut the BS and decriminalize it everywhere already. :o |

the cards will be flowing once the state realizes how much money they are making by taxing it. Oh what is this extra 500k a month coming from, oh right those 3 medical marijuana distribution centers. |
