Ohhh interesting. I've kinda wanted to move over to scratch. Thought about it when my HDs died in late September and I had to start from scratch....but decided to go with Ableton.

If I can open my Ableton projects up in scratch, it'd make it a lot easier for me to convert ova!

Just will have to see about effects/plugins. that's the biggie

I've been sooo lazy to learn Ableton. I have it (sneaky copy), books etc...but I never have the time to sit there and learn it. I just want to play! I've been in the market for serato...but then I've been thinking...I don't perform (outside of a private party now and then), so is that really what I need? Been thinking more about Traktor w/Serato...cause at least you would have some extra effects, etc for whenever you do play. I think the best combination (for those who care about tweaking performances and creating radio shows/producing) is somewhere in between these two. So I assume The Bridge would "bridge" between all serato flavors and Ableton...Perhaps this is what could finally motivate me!

Yeah, Traktor is something i'd prefer to go before Scratch....but this might be the closest I'll get. :p

My guess is this will come out with serato scratch 2. Was that announced today like many expected?

I haven't seen anything yet. Just the new Denon Itch controller.

now PVD wont have to carry 2 macpros :p

Looks pretty nice but I'd need a better laptop to be able to run both of them at once. And a bigger screen.

why does he carry two? one to press the FLANGER button and one to press PLAY?

Interesting concept but practically pointless.

Why not just play off ableton.
