Great choice. The wheat beer from the same producer, Schneider Weisse, is one of my favorites. For Doppelbock you should also try Paulaner Salvator and Andechser Doppelbock, although the latter is probably impossible to get in your area.
I'm sure they make decent beer in other parts of the world as well, but , we're spoiled in Bavaria! :toothless

Do you mean the organic one, with the green label (edel weisse)? If so, that is one of my favourite beers of all time. It is just gorgeous. And without being too strong either :)
I also have a bottle of both their original, and their Kristall in my fridge for tomorrow.
And, everyone keeps going on about Paulaner! I can't find it anywhere :(
