not a big fan. ive seen all seasons of it and around the 5th or 6th it started getting really lame.
this premier was kinda low, and very predictable. the brother back stab has been used so many times before. saw that coming the Renee plot line makes no sense. the cast at ctu is very weak. the characters i dont like at all, as well the new lead doesn't make any sense. i think this will be the last good one, if not canned here cause of low ratings. |

The way Renee is makes sense if you've actually been following the series and not passively watching. And I agree with you, 24 is very predictable now but what do you expect? It's the 8th year of the same show. There are only so many things that can be changed or explored but at the end of the day they are going to follow the same theme as that is what made the show and got the fans in the first place.
Simply put, you know what it is, you know what will happen but there's a reason you watch it and that is why they continue to follow the same predictable theme. Otherwise why would you have 24 Season >1 ? They may as well make an entirely brand new show with a brand new title each year.
Anyway I'm keen to see the new Agent Freckles in action especially after tonight's ending. :crazy: |

| this show gets less interesting by the season... or maybe my tastes are maturing. either way i was bored with the season premiere, not sure if i'll even watch the 2nd episode i have tivo'd. |

| Season 6 was one of the worst. They really hit their stride again last season. Season 8 looks good so far! Bracelet scene hit me out of nowhere! |
