good start to a the season so far; but I'm a little confused. Is President Hassan Pakistani or Iranian? Because, the actors all have very thick Pakistani accents, but I thought I heard "Islamic Republic of Iran." In which case, why cast Pakistani's to play Iranians? |

white america cant tell the difference between pakistani and iranian. their airport security is the perfect example.
edit: looks like elisha gained a couple pounds. her face kinda rounded out a bit. but shes still super hot. |

I'm indifferent to her acting skills on 24. That being said, I've always found her extremely attractive--ever since Popular Mechanics for Kids =D

What you heard was "Islamic Republic," they've created a fictional state rather then using a real one; likely, to avoid causing offence. Clearly, the fictional IR is based Iran given they are "developing" a weapons program as opposed to already having a stockpile. |
