Mac Pro upgrade (memory & hard drive)

Can anyone recommend a good place to buy memory and a hard drive for my Mac Pro (intel quad core)? Preferably locally here in Toronto, as I was hoping to go get it today (unless it's MUCH cheaper online). My system is maxed out and it's becoming a real issue.

i bought 16 gigs online from Vancouver for about 700$ one year ago. Same specs as the Apple Ram and a lifetime warranty.

As far as hardrives, I think tiger direct is based in Toronto. You should be able to find 1 TB for 100 ish. Just make sure you stay away from anything energy or environment friendly. They will constantly fall asleep and I imagine the constant change in temperature will make them more prone to fail. |
