I know eh, pretty lame dj name )). This guy makes more "western" mainstream sound that i dont generally like that much, but nevertheless he still rocks. ing dope stuff came out from him in 2009. Norman Soares & Prunk - Cirque De Soleil (DJ Madskillz Remix) - this track is like one of my top tech-house tunes of 2009
Other good names mentioned so far:
christian smith - more mainstream sound but the guy is pretty good
pfirter - i think this guy is a pretty hot artist atm
fergie - his selections are not as dope as his productions tho
sinisa tamamovic - even though sinisa lukic > sinisa tamamovic ))
But yeah, the dopest thing that could happen in TO would be if guv would book Umek for a big event (e.g. Canada Day). Last year and currently Umek is on absolute fire. 1605 is one of the hottest if not the hottest new wave techno-minimal labels in the world. Industry experts and many underground artists name this guy a producer of the year etc. I have no doubt in his ability to blow guv mainroom to pieces. |
