My new course is now complete and can be downloaded from Cubase Guru.
The course covers subtractive synthesis using Zebra 2 with a couple of videos showing the difference between modular wired, modular wireless and fixed architecture synths (using Reaktor, Predator and Zebra 2). The preceding videos are all done using Zebra 2.3/5.
There are 24 videos covering all aspects of subtractive synthesis with over 2 hours of patch creation to make a total of over 8 hours in total.

I downloded this monster tutorial last night.
On value for money alone it is a win.
I briefly watched the introduction video last night and it gave me more information than another 60 minute 'synthesis video' I payed for a couple of months back.
You have quite the knack of making potentially complex subjects easy to understand. Your free Sonnox compression video is the thing that made it click for me so kudos.
I hope you do well from the synthesis videos :) |

Zebra is the ONE synth from the course I dont own. It's never excited me.
For the purposes of this course and sound design in general I may purchase though ;) |

Well deserved ;)
You've sidetracked me with your Psy course as well. I bought that yesterday and although Psy ain't really my thing it's almost irreleveant for the tutorial purposes.
I had no idea I had the excellent VB-1 on my Cubase disk for example :p |

YO,
VB-1 is a great little synth for Psy Bass but there are better, however i used it in this course as everywhere i went people wanted to know how to use it, so there it is :)
