I made this track a while ago and I personally can't quite get enough of listening to it, which is quite rare for my own tracks (I usually already have heard enough of them before they are finished :p).
I'm just curious to see what other people think of this one and if there is any interest in the track.
UPDATED: Renewed version with an improved mixdown, now under the name XiJaro. To be released with our FREE album this October!
The low end sounds pretty warm (in a good way). Some pleasant sounding synthwork in here.
I didn't lose interest at all. Nice track.

Overall is nice track with beautiful bass line and great use of pads and FX to create awesome atmosphere. Really enjoined a lot of parts of this track which include 2:00 (a lot of dynamics), 3:15 ( a lot of energy), 5:00 (smooth and calm, awesome) and 5:30 damn it man this is very dynamic.
So after a few runs the only think I could/would suggest is this pad in 1:30 and 3:45 will benefits from more Reverb to it.
Great work man and keep them coming.
Cheers.

Bass is reminescent of Big Sky by John O', I like it. I think it could have a bit more pump to it. Wanting to hear a bit more mid in the snare. I sort of wish the perc had more mid altogether. The highs are clean though. I feel like the track could have a bit more groove and pop, maybe that's what I'm missing with the mids on the perc. Nice FX sweep at 5. Not a bad song, although I feel like it could use more of a hook. Cool tune man! What synths are you using? (bass, leads)

Thanks very much for the comments guys, it's really great to see you are enjoying this track.

Yeah there's only some delay on it right now. I'll see what a bit of reverb does to it :)

I'll see what I can do about these issues.
I'm thinking of maybe letting someone else properly mix/master this track to get the best possible out of it. It certainly still seems to be missing that extra shine, warmth and power you hear in professional tracks.

Sylenth1 for the bassline and various supporting sounds.
Nexus for the main lead, strings, that distorted guitar sound and some fx.
Also used a bit of Gladiator and Massive.

After many months I've done a new mixdown for this track in order to make it ready for release with the FREE XiJaro album coming this October.
I'm not sure if any of you remember how it sounded before but I personally think it sounds a lot better now, check it out!
