Nice! Def a different unit, we scored this one for $2500 for the week:

I ended up paying about $360 total for the week once we get all 8 people in there. Dont even have to sleep on the floor! We'll have to meet up for sure.

For those who haven't booked a place to stay yet, visit the following link:

http://www.vacationrentals.com/vaca...ch-Florida.html

You may have to sift through some expensive places, but there are plenty of affordable hotels/condos listed.

alot of the condos have jacked up rates for wmc, alot of them are already booked.

Yes, many of these spots do have increased rental prices for the conference. But I've used this site for the last couple years and I've been able to find some great deals. For those who don't mind staying at 54th St, there are a bunch of places available at the Castle Beach Club. 5445 Collins Ave.

Agreed, NoBe is great for last minute buyers or those on a budget. I stayed on 63rd last year without a problem (a BEAUTIFUL ocean front condo for $400 the whole week). Not to mention its easy to get to SoBe: $4 r/t on the bus line which takes 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Buses run all night.

Its also calm, too. You can actually SLEEP and lay on the beach without being annoyed.
