Compared to the 6-hours-of-the-same- that tends to be the norm at most parties these days it's actually pretty amazing how diverse the sets were at 90s raves...could easily have a tempo jump or drop of 10% - 20% over the course of a night - have one Terry Mullan/DJ Hyperactive recording from '94 where it goes from straight from Breaks to Hardcore Acid Techno without so much as batting an eyelash.
