Wow... I really don't know how i walked out of igloofest alive. Blew me away again. Club Nic, festival Nic, and boat cruise Nic are all completely different animals. He brought such a destructive energy in his set tonight. Lol. He's at stereo at 5:30. Wish my bus wasn't so early, or I would go.

I have not missed a Nic visit to Toronto: going from opening for DeepDish on countless occasions, to a boat party, to the B2B2B set with Dubfire and Davide to this. Fanciulli @ Footwork was a long time coming.
Le Button smoked his opening slot for Nic. Started with some nice funky beats and then came the Button Sleazy beats. Had me moving so early in the night which was perfect to get me prepped up. When Nic stepped into the booth, the smile on Jeff's face was priceless. Congrats again man. So happy for you and your gig. Nice touch transitioning to Nic with one of his own productions. ;)
Nic is one of those DJs that does not disappoint me in the least. He may average the same as the last time I see him, or end up one up'ing his performance. This time around I was really pleased, but it was not his best performance I have seen. He carried through with his style that of love of building up and into another buildup to a DROP. Didn't tell much of a story with his set, just pure bang on partying beats, but he looked like he was having a lot of fun. Not as much of an onslaught as Family Day 2009. The rolling prog that got dropped near the end of his set had me hopping around nicely with little Jaxx for a bit. :)
Looking forward to the next time Footwork brings back Mr. Fanciulli...and hopefully for a longer set....
