People getting married for health insurance is pretty common in the us. My ex gf's mother was diabetic & being diabetic is a pre-existing condition. At age 39 she had the option of paying $2500 a month for health insurance or get married to her bf who had excellent benefits at his job. So she got married.

The best part is that spending billions and billions of dollars to "save" Iraqis and Afghans is way cool, but giving your own population access to health care is below satan.
