Ok...

So basically, I need to serve court papers to someone who is making it incredibly difficult to do this.

She is a real estate agent, so we would like to try and arrange a meeting with her under the false pretenses that we are a couple she doesn't know wanting to see a house.

So here is my question... how do we find a house that has been assigned to her? I have never tried to buy a house, so I don't know how to get a specific realtor. We don't want to give ourselves away either because if she knows it is us, she wont meet with us. *sigh*

Any suggestions?

If she is an agent she prolly has an office & find out when she will be in. Or say you were refered to her from Joe Smith who's cousin used her and was very happy. Then get a meeting set up.

We need more details. Like why she's being served.

I called the company she works for and asked when she was in the office and they said she only comes in by appointment (lazy bitch). So I would have to call her and make an appointment and I am worried that if I call and try to make an appointment without having any background info (like a particular house I am interested in), that she will figure out who I am.

I am also considering writing her an e-mail (to avoid the chance she will recognize my voice) and asking to meet with her at her office to discuss the details about selling my *fake* house. My concern with that however is that she will get suspicious that I am contacting her in particular. I don't know the names of any of the people she has worked with, so saying it's a referral is taking a risky chance. What if she starts prying about who it was?

God I hate this woman.

Not sure why this is relevant other than for gossip purposes. Long story short - she is a crazy bitch who broke every tenancy law possible and is now doing everything she can to avoid being served (we have already tried the normal routes).

Jay, this isn't my 'job'. I have already sent her registered mail, went to her house (which turns out it isn't her house because she lied about her address), and have e-mailed and called her. The government is even involved (I have to go to court a 2nd time to be a witness in the government charging her for breaking the law) and they can't help me either.

I am having to get creative and to be honest, I know all when it comes to the dynamics of real estate agencies. It makes sense for me to ask people who have different experiences with buying/selling houses (experiences that I do not have), and see if anyone might have an idea that can get me within 10 feet of her.

if you know her name, you will find one of her listings. You will then be able to see a house and mention that you are interested in seeing it.

profit.

even if it isn't your job, you are an idiot.

find me a real estate agent that does not have advertisements/website/listings. It is a comission job ffs, having any of those is the bare minimum.

if they ever make simple jack 2 you are the shoe in for his gf.

did you try searching her name on google?

Theresa
I already tried looking her name up on the real estate agency's website and they don't list which agent is assigned to which house. Her personal site link says "WEBSITE COMING SOON".

However, I wanted to clarify that agents do have houses specifically assigned to them, and if this is true, then their booklet or whatever should have the agent assignment listed, right?

Or do some agency's assign houses based on inquiries?

When I say 'background information', I mean, I want to be able to contact her about a specific house I have researched so she thinks I am a legitimate customer.

why do canadians have to make everything so complicated ?
