Any Muse fans here? I don't know much about them but I like their sound. If I buy one of their albums, which should it be?

My fav is definitely Absolution (2003). As a whole it's a beautifully crafted piece of music.
Seen them live twice (both times amazing) but damn I missed them the last time they were here in '07. |

Origin of Symmetry > Absolution, imo. Both great albums though.
Am I the only one who thought The Resistance was a letdown? I loved United States Of Eurasia and the whole Symphony part, but the rest was kinda meh, sometimes even a bit annoying (Guiding Light). Undisclosed Desires is probably worst Muse song ever.
Never seen them live, planning to do so. |

Get the live in zenith paris dvd. It is in a word AWESOME.
i quite like muse but many find his voice whiney which i can kinda understand but musically speaking they are fantastic. Very well composed songs and well polished performers.
That about it really. Oh and i play united states of eurasia in ascantha (in mai siggy) :) |

The only track that stands out for me is Newborn the Oakie remix.
My mom recently told me she is getting into them (no joke) lol.
