Injunction - Pola The Movie

La Cour Supérieure du Canada, province de Québec, district de Montréal, a accueilli la requête pour injonction et émets une injonction provisoire enjoignant Antonino Medina, Destructiva, Destructiva Design, Poco Moco Films et Med Corp. Design de ne pas présenter le film "Pola - The Movie", de retirer toutes les images captées lors des événements Bal en Blanc, Sensation Québec et Tiësto Kaleidoscope, et de retirer tous les clips vidéos dans lesquels les images du Bal en Blanc, de Sensation Québec et de Tiësto Kaleidoscope sont présentées.
Productions Playground remercie le Juge et la Cour Supérieure d'avoir protégé l'image des participants, des artistes et des événements Bal en Blanc, Sensation Québec et Tiësto Kaleidoscope.

The Superior Court of Canada, province of Quebec, district of Montreal, has granted the request for injunction, and emitted a present temporary injonction against Antonino Medina, Destructiva, Destructiva Design, Poco Moco Films & Med Corp Design stating that the producers of "Pola - The Movie" are to remove all images taken during the events Bal en Blanc, Sensation Quebec, and Tiësto Kaleidoscope from above mention movie, and to remove all and any video clips taken during the events Bal en Blanc, Sensation Quebec, and Tiësto Kaleidoscope.
Playground Productions wishes to show its gratutide towards the Juge, and the Superior Court of Canada, for protectig the images of the participants, the artists, and the actual events Bal en Blanc, Sensation Quebec, and Tiësto Kaleidoscope.

i'm totally for this seriously, I've a friend that quit that scene LONG time ago, he's not happy to see his face on the movie. Since Bal En Blanc start it, watch out all the other promoter, club owner, organiser and people show up to protest against this movie.
I think it's a good move from Bal en Blanc to actually keep their image safe, and it's actually kicking things up for the single one who can't do nothing about it. |
