couldn't be farther from the truth. see a 767/747 operation manual or a PMDG tutorial. autopilot isn't that "auto-" actually. you need extensive knowledge to be able to engage and set up autopilot, not to mention autolanding lol.
turning on the cabin lights and "no smoking" sign would probably be the only things you could successfully master while in the cabin :p (applies to ordinary mortal with no experience in aviation whatsoever, including simulations)
