Speeding Ticket

| I got a speeding ticket in Florida. 60 in 45 for $256. I hate Florida! I didn't even know I was speeding. I was following another car at night in a non-residential area and didn't see any posted speed signs, my gps said it was a 55mph zone and cop said too bad its wrong. Anyways he said I could take an online driver safety course and my insurance company won't find out. Is this true? Anybody from Florida give me helpful information. If I was ******** I could have plead insanity and gotten off. |

| Look in the phone book for a cheap lawyer who deals with traffic tickets. You probably are or have received unsolicited mail from lawyers who see that you've gotten a ticket. Should not cost more than $50. Paying a ticket or going to traffic school means you plead guilty. Hire a lawyer on the cheap, don't plead guilty, don't show up to court (lawyer should do that for you), and see if you can get completely off the hook. It might take a while though for it to get resolved since some lawyers depend on the police officer not showing up or remember after 6-12 months, making it easier to get you off. |
