tortilla shells (soft shell taco shells, fajita shells, etc...): do you have to refridgerate them after opening them? why are some in the freezers at the grocery store and some are in the regular isles? any benefit to keeping them cool?
chlola
Keeps them crunchy, mate.

They're like bread. You don't have to refrigerate them.

Just like bread, you don't have to refrigerate but if you do they'll keep slightly longer.
