space uses an alpha dynacord
afaik there are no phazon systems in miami anymore
SET has a funktion 1 but is wayyy too small for the room
some of the downtown places use dynacords as well
i think parkwest uses some jbls but i can't say for sure |

but the fact is the phazon system in there was better and louder than anything parkwest has ever had |

fair enough
i haven't heard most of the systems in there but i'd take that list w/ a grain fo salt
i would like to hear a pro opinion about twilo's phazon vs. parkwest's current setup.... |

I think JBL synthesis is the best thing out. Every IMAX uses it.
It is also the most expensive and so most clubs prefer Funktion one or something else instead. |

| the phazon system on Twilo NYC was ridiculous. Especially when PVD was a resident there. =) |

| A lot of this is pointless during WMC, especially downtown, because most clubs bring in different rented systems just for WMC. The system that was in Parkwest last WMC is not the system that is always there. Of course now Parkwest is just closed most of the time so not sure what to say about that....? The sound in Mansion has improved considerably since they upgraded to Funktion One a while back. |
