Troubles with Reason

Hi,
For some reason (no pun intended) ever since today, I have found that I cannot play a song (for some reason nothing happens when I press play on the demo song) and can only play stuff through the sequencer and the drum machine but nothing else. Also, the tempo on every song is locked at 0 and it does not change when I attempt to change. Before this problem occured, when I opened reason, it gave me some sort of message when I started it before about how there was insufficient memory but I did not read the rest. I'm clearly going to purcharse more memory in the future (to augmet my current 128 MB) but I'm wondering if anything can be done to restore reason to its full capabilities short of this and if anyone else has experienced a similar problem
Thanks,
Dave |

| Sounds weird... have you tried to uninstall/reinstall Reason? |

| Yeah that does sound very strange...i've never come across anything like that within Reason. I doubt it has anything to do with your RAM...I was running Reason last year with 96 mb and even that gave me pretty good performance. I'd say install it again and see if it helps. |

well, double check all your settings in the options panel. IF not, just reinstall Reason.
Wait! Brain storm... I had this problem a few months ago... unfortunetely, I can't remember what I did to fix it, but I did fix it.
Damn, I hate it when I can't remember these things. If I remember, I'll let you know. |

Well I recently reinstalled it but for some reason (once again, no pun intended), the problem persists. Oh well, just hafta stay calm I suppose.
Thanks,

Hey all,
I went back and checked the settings and for some reason it was put on MIDI clock sync, I went back to internal sync and there we were, back to normal.
Thank you for your help,
