How you make shirts for events?

I want to make a shirt for pvd july 27th but I dont want it to end up ty. I know some of you make shirts regularly (dumonde trancer) and I was just wondering your best methods to make them come out well, etc...

Hey man all you need to do is set up your own store at cafepress.com
It's free and you can upload images and make shirts to order from them.

| i did a cafepress thing back about one year ago.. there is a light blue boarder around my image. not the greatest quality, but still alright. |
