Since my last mix in December, there's definitely been a want, really, a need to make another mix. A lot of things kind of came to a close last year; but then again more doors were opened as well. New opportunities lie ahead, and sure enough some things that I thought were over, truly were not. Life may throw you a lot of different paths, but there really is only One Way to go...and that is forward.
This mix has a lot of climaxes in it, the biggest I think however is early on with the sound of Cass Fox. I've been a growing fan of Dirty South and wanted to bring to light some of his work here too. Much like previous mixes, it starts out big and loud with even some electro sounds...then as time grows on, becomes more progressive and even ends with a touch of trance. I wanted to end with Back To Zero but I really don't feel like I'm back to square one with a new year. In fact, I feel like it's already better than the last. So here's to fresh starts, new sounds, and one amazing thing called Life, Love, and the pursuit of Happiness.

A little over mid-way through this mix and...
It's bangin'! Had to check it out after Rehabilitation which got a lot of play time in my speakers, along with Jack Moss, and Deep Spaces.
You've got a real voice for this - I think if I heard a set you made without knowing who made it, I could tell it was you. Really nice work. |
