all older bulova watches have the tuning fork design. The actual tuning fork mechanism i needed to fix it was such a pain in the ass to find and not cheap...they literally do not make watches like that anymore...back in the day it was revolutionary, and the thing keeps time like you would not believe.
they also do not make the batteries for it anymore...god bless ebay ...i'll have enough for a few years, but after that i am pretty screwed (although there is a wat to convert it to modern batteries, but if you do it the watch loses value). |

woh!.. thats awesome.. really like that.
i kind of like more futuristic stuff, rather than bling bling. and i really dont see the point of having a 3 grand watch.
dont hold me to this, but even if i won the lottery, i still probably wouldnt buy a big ass watch that cost a few grand |

but i see the 'fashion sense', truth is i cant stand anything on my wrists. |

I don't wear a watch for fashion, which is why I have a sports watch rather than something that looks nice. I use it for timing in the gym, timing when I'm running, in awful weather, etc. |

here's my humble watch collection
I changed my IWC's strap from the original stock IWC black crocodile leather strap to a brown one, I'm thinking of changing it back.
Here's how it looks with the black strap

Black strap.
A brown strap with a black face doesn't really fit imo. Brown straps look better with watches with lighter faces imo.
ps the strap is more tan than brown:p
I like your watches, simplicity is always nicer to me than those garish watches that are all cluttered full of stuff no one uses. |
