Sylphin Destiny did throw one of their Ascension events there last year. I think School tried to hold a weekly event of some sort there too. but as you probably know Destiny attracts mainly the "raver" type crowd. So obviously they had to stop after all the complaining from their partiers about how there was no "PLUR" and all that mafia crap :D haha! |

yea Destiny actually had resident nites there before if i recall correctly..
odd thing I've noticed over the years .. Dr. Trance likes to put up residencies at these more predominantly Asian trance clubs.. ie. Space, DropZone(D2), and Viva..
anyhow, itz a good club, but yea ur in the heart of Asian territory.. if itz not ur thing then stay away. But check out the club atleast once if u can itz quite the place. |

Destiny did have a regular Saturday night there, but it was unsuccessful hence why they are not there anymore. There was also a whole other incident however I am not at liberty to discuss what exactly happened..
All I can say is that the people that own/run VIVA are very respectable and honourable people as are most of the Asian community. I have always had a lot of respect for Asians and this comes from my days in highschool.
People always put down Asians even at Guv. Well let me tell you some facts people, if it wasn't for the Asians the Guv would have never been as successful as it is today. They are there every week and they drop large cash in that place. |

Don't forget the ginos itikia, they're there every week as well helping the Guv be as successful as they are today. :)

I noticed that too, I see him everywhere I go. lol j/k |

But wait, who was there before the Ginos jumped ship?? It was the ravers and asians. The gino now make up a very large percentage of the crowd, they represent the mainstream crowd.
BTW, Trancewave i didn't post your second quote:conf: |

so does this mean that gino's are slow to catch onto trends .. ?
a lot of their car racing styles bite off Asians as well .. hrmmz what's up with that |

Ginos strike me as the type of people who test the water with their feet before jumping in..
Good point with car racing; the asians were the first ones here in the GTA to start that trend. |
