Delay plugin for Ping Pong and Multi-Tap.

I'm looking for the best delay plugin unit!
I need those cool Ping Pongs like in the Ableton Live and also Multi-Taps like in the Roland synhs.
Most of the plugins I've tested sounds softwarish, lacking something...
The one I've found that is doing the job is the OhmBoyz...
So, what delay unit are you using in 2010?
You think the usage of Multi-Taps are good for trance production?

If it's just going to be used as a delay to bounce back your original signal, there shouldn't be any difference in the sound between your bundled delays and a more expensive one. However, if you're looking for something that mangle/distort/filter/etc or otherwise modulate the delayed signal, Ohmboyz is certainly good, as are:
- FabFilter Timeless 2 - my personal fav; one of the deepest delays I've ever used
- Camel Audio CamelSpace - delay/gate/time-based effects/etc
- U-He MFM (More Feedback Machine) - great price, possibly has the most features of all the ones mentioned, excellent support, most complicated to use
- Tone2 Warmverb - multiFX plugin with lots of reverbs, delays, filters, chorus/flanger/phaser, etc.; great price.
I haven't tried the Sound Toys stuff - expensive, but it gets great reviews. |

Have you tried Delay Designer in Logic?
I fail to see how this plug in does not meet your needs |

Agenz, thanks for the advice, I've reproduced my delays perfectly in Delay Designer, like Space Designer it's a class A plugin. Logic rox |
