Hey all, I was thinking of going to see The Prodigy at the Newcastle entertainment centre, I've never seen them before and was wondering if it would be worth the $92
recoil
oooo, a steep price, even for the mighty Prodigy.
I think theyre touring w/ Does this offend you, yeah?, yeah?
:)

Last year they came down to Melbourne on THE hottest days of the year (temperature wise). My friends & I almost died in the moshpit. 3 songs into their set, EVERY **** in the room was 3 litres of sweat lighter. Not due to the 50degree celcius inside the venue, but because of the energy coming out of the speakers. The moshpit was going absolutelly berzerk all night. Keith & max were jumping around the stage all night acting like super-hyper MC's in typical prodigy attire getting the crowd into it. They did not stand still for one moment, constantly moving & bouncing.

They'll start the set w/ the new stuff to promote album sales & then give you the bombs that you came there for. Its a guaranteed night out. The energy will be there. The new album also has some decent tracks on it. Electro-rock, but still decent.

Just go man, theyre getting old & might quit soon.

I think the FMF & prodigy prices are quite similar this year, im going to future this year instead. That way i can stomp on the 17year old muzza's as i crowdsurf my way to the baseball bat holding bouncers waiting for me at the front of the stage...
